One Pan Roasted Lemon Pepper Salmon and Garlic Par

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Line a rimmed 17 by 12-inch baking dish with parchment paper .parchment paper

3Place salmon (skin on) in center of pan.salmon: 1.5 lbs

4In a bowl , whisk together olive oil , lemon zest , lemon juice , garlic (minced) , dijon mustard , and onion powder .olive oil: 1.5 Tbsp, lemon zest: 1 tsp, lemon juice: 1 Tbsp, garlic (minced): 2 cloves, dijon mustard: 1 tsp, onion powder: 3/4 tsp

5Brush mixture evenly over top of salmon then sprinkle with salt and black pepper .salt: 1/2 tsp, black pepper: 1/2 tsp

6Add black pepper to taste, if desired.black pepper

7Top with lemon (sliced) .lemon (sliced): 1/2

8Toss asparagus (tough ends trimmed) with olive oil and garlic (minced) , and season with salt .asparagus: 1.5-2 lbs, olive oil: 1 Tbsp, garlic (minced): 2 cloves, salt

9Place asparagus around salmon.

10Bake in preheated oven for ⏱️ 10 minutes .

11Remove from oven and toss asparagus.

13Return to oven and bake until salmon has cooked through, about ⏱️ 5-10 minutes .
