One Pan Roasted Lemon Pepper Salmon and Garlic Par

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Line a rimmed 17 by 12-inch baking dish with parchment paper .

    Place salmon (skin on) in center of pan.

    In a bowl , whisk together olive oil , lemon zest , lemon juice , garlic (minced) , dijon mustard , and onion powder .

    Brush mixture evenly over top of salmon then sprinkle with salt and black pepper .

    Add black pepper to taste, if desired.

    Top with lemon (sliced) .

    Toss asparagus (tough ends trimmed) with olive oil and garlic (minced) , and season with salt .

    Place asparagus around salmon.

    Bake in preheated oven for ⏱️ 10 minutes .

    Remove from oven and toss asparagus.
